You can reset it yourself in about two minutes. No phone call or email to us required.
Reset My PasswordWhat happens when you reset
- Enter your email address. Reset links are sent by email, so this step needs the email address on your account even if you normally sign in with a username.
- Check your inbox. We send a reset link right away. If it is not there within a few minutes, look in your spam or junk folder. If it is not in either place, add no-reply@veseris.com to your safe sender list and request the link again.
- Click the link in the email. It opens a page where you choose a new password.
- Choose your new password. Once you save it, you are taken straight to your account.
I am not sure which email address to use
- If your company set up your account, it may be under a different address than the one you use day to day.
- Check the welcome email you received from Veseris when your account was set up. Search your inbox for "Veseris".
- You can sign in with a username, but a password reset always goes to the email address on your account.
The reset email never arrived
- Check your spam, junk and deleted folders. Automated emails are often filtered.
- Make sure you entered the email address on your Veseris account. If your company set the account up for you, that may not be the address you use day to day.
- Reset links expire. If you requested one a while ago, request a new one and use the most recent email.
